Older Dancers aged 12-25

Older dancers can choose a pathway that will engage their sense of belonging, confidence and pride or a stronger program that supports a future in dance, whichever the journey, all students are nurtured and supported according to their dance desires.

Mitcham Dancers will rapidly grow their confidence with performances in front of an audience, developing public appearance skills, self-leadership and the ability to take responsibility for their own development and progress.

Dance once a week or many times.  Students who have a strong focus outside of their school commitments usually have a closer connection to family, study and their value in the community. Design your pathway, whether it is RAD ballet exams or a technical tap class. Combine a group of classes and we will bundle the classes together to assist each dancer with the outcome of their choice

Our older dancers can choose a National Qualifications pathway that will assist them with their subjects at school and love of dance. Choose from a Certificate I in Dance to Certificate IV in dance or take a dive into the teaching stream of Certificate III in Assistant dance Teaching and learn beside our beautiful teachers as mentors in the Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management.

95% of our Mitcham dance teachers grew up in our studios and have graduated from these Certificates and now work with us to mentor and nurture the next generation.
